What Service!
I ordered a pair of overlapping initial earrings for the mother of my son's girlfriend. She is a professional in NY who interacts with many affluent people so I wanted the gift to be very nice.
I received the original order just before Christmas and was not happy with the finish or the fact that the initials were of different size and the way they overlapped. I provided a photo. Heartsmith.com offered to replace the earrings and they arrived today. I couldn't be happier! There were a few issues, but they were resolved quickly.
