I only have 2-small improvement suggestions: the engraving on the back is a little hard to read, is there a way to add some color to the lettering to make it stand out more? My beloved father passed away two years ago and he is missed every day by all of us but especially my mom. They were married for 50 years but knew each other for 65! Disappointing at first, later corrected
The image I sent was very hi-res and clear from my DSLR. The image on pendant is grainy and streaked. The loop on the pendant is too small to be used on most chains I have tried. I had higher quality expectations considering the price and made in USA.

The seller recently reached out to me and offered to remake the pendant. This photo on this new version is as sharp as the original. Plus the engraving on the back is better contrasting and easier to read. Thank you for standing by your product and making this right.

There was no chain even though the word NECKLACE is in the product description.
The picture was clear and looks nice but a bit dark. Nice giftable box. I thought the picture would be brighter but maybe my expectations were too high.
My BIG issue is NO CHAIN, not even a cheap one. After it came, I went back and looked at the description and it clearly uses the word NECKLESS in it, which is deceiving. I think perhaps I am being too generous giving it 4 stars.
I'm on the fence. Maybe they will send me a neckless for it now because it should probably deserve 3 stars for the deception, or my perceived deception anyway. But the charm is very nice.
Edited to add: I will say this, when my daughter got this today, with the picture of her month old baby on it, she cried, and wore it home. She just took the charm off the neckless she was wearing and put it on that chain. So I will give them that, it was the biggest hit of her Christmas gifts! So I guess the 4 stars is deserved after all. But please guys, include a neckless, even if a cheap one, as this is what people expect ok?
