Our Guarantee
Locket Warehouse guarantees that you will be thrilled with your purchase or you may exchange or return standard stock items for a full refund, less shipping. However, Please note that engraved items may not be returned. Items must be returned within 30 days. Please shop with confidence.

Free Gift Boxing
To make your holiday and occasion shopping easier, Locket Warehouse supplies a free presentation box for all our items, so they arrive ready to give. If there are any additional instructions, please leave them in the text entry box on the order form. If we have any questions, we will contact you.

Online Security
Locket Warehouse uses a Secure Server using the highest level of encryption. You may use your credit cards safely and confidently. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you prefer to use a check, send it to the address below, and please allow sufficient time for it to clear before your order is shipped (10 days or more). We will accept USPS Money Orders.You may also call in your order during our regular business hours

Privacy Policy

We collect your email address solely for the purpose of processing our orders and notifiying you of shipment process. We do not sell or exchange,or share your email addresses with any other companies or concerns. If you opt in at the time of ordering, we may occasionally send you an email of our latest specials or coupon deals. Even if you opt out of our email newsletter, aprox 10 days after you receive your order we will send you an email asking you to review the product.We thank you for your business and respect your privacy.


Shipping

Same Day Shipping
Orders that are received before 3pm EST on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. Occasionally fulfilling an order needs several days if there is engraving or photo insertions or other special circumstances. We will let you know by email if it will take more than 3 days to ship out. Please plan accordingly.

Basic rate shipping is sent by US Priority Mail and takes 2-5 days to most US destinations.

Express Mail is also offered, which will deliver the next day(in most cases) to most US destinations. Express Mail Items that are heavier than the limit of 8oz. will be charged accordingly. (Sometimes multiple items weigh in more than 8oz).

International Orders
We ship to many countries including Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, France, Singapore,etc. Please look at the drop-down list in the shopping cart for an up-to date listing of available countries.

Generally packages all our packages can be shipped for aprox $21.00 internationally using USPS International First Class, as we find it is reliable, however can take up to 2 weeks....***PLEASE NOTE: If you are in need of items in a hurry, International FEDEX is the best option. Rates will be quoted before an order is shipped, being aprox $30-50.00. FEDEX brokers their own duty and will collect it from you when the package is delivered. DUTY FOR ITEMS SHIPPED VIA US MAIL IS CHARGED BY YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICES AT DELIVERY TIME

Multiple Items
If you have ordered multiple items we will make every effort to ship them together to save you costs on shipping.

Special Orders
Some of our items are special order only. We require a 50% on these items at the time of the initial order. The balance will be charged just before we ship. We cannot accept returns on these special orders.


Returns

If you need to return an item, please send it back to us in the original packaging, with insurance if necessary.Insurance is recommended for product over $100. Please return items within 30 days of your order date.  USPS Delivery confirmation is reccomended if you want to be sure it arrives here. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages enroute to us. Please send returns to the address below. We will process returns as soon as possible and credit your original method of payment, less shipping. Generally you will receive an email confirmation of the credit process.
