| We bought this locket for our mom's birthday and she loved it. Although it was pricey it was worth it because the locket is beautiful. We chose it because it allowed us to include several photos (all the grandkids). I was worried that it wouldn't arrive in time but was amazed at how quickly I received it. It took less than a week to get to me in Toronto and we had no hassles with shipping since the customer service folks suggested which option would be best to arrive quickly. When i received the locket I wasn't able to open it up to look at the pictures - took some time to figure it out but now that I know how it is easy to do. We paid for the photo insertion service but since then want to add a photo and can't figure out how to do it so we will likely have to pay a jeweller. That's the only down-side to this product I have found. If you are going to purchase it is worth it to pay for photo insertion. | ||||
