| This is a beautiful locket. I purchased the gold filled version and am very happy with how much it looks like the more expensive 14k one. The chain broke within the first week of wearing it, but Heartsmith said that was a rare occurance. I have returned the chain for a replacement. I managed to fit in three photos, plus a lock of my honey's hair in the last frame. It's the most sentimental piece of jewelry I now own and I am very happy with the craftsmanship. | ||||

Gave this locket as a Christmas gift to my sister - she said it is gorgeous and nice because it is a bit larger than the normal locket. I expect her to place all her dear deceased dogs' photos in it! Which is why I got the 4-picture. I have not seen this locket myself. I also liked that it came with a 20" chain as she is a tall, larger-framed woman. One can always get the chain shortened, though an option of 20" adjustable chain on more lockets would be nice. Has a LIFETIME WARRANTY on this locket! Would give a 5-star if I could see the locket myself. When I get "home" to visit, will "re-review!" Service is great as usual and unbelievably quick as usual! |

| The locket was delivered very quickly and was just as beautiful as it was on the website! I had it engraved with my Mom's initials and gave it to her for Christmas with pictures of me, my 3 brothers and my Dad in it. She loved it so much, she didn;t stop taling about it the rest of the day! Thank you! | ||||

We ordered the Darla locket on Friday night. We also paid for 4 pictures to be placed into the locket. By Wednesday morning we had received the locket! It looked wonderful! It was packaged very nicely and it even included a cleaning cloth for the locket. The locket is beautiful and detailed and I am very excited to give it to my mother for Christmas. The customer service with Heartsmith was wonderful and prompt and we would most definitely order from them again! I will be suggesting them to anyone that is looking for a nice locket in the future. |

| I received my order promptly. Sooner than expected. It arrived in a pretty white box with a wood frame design on top. Nice for a gift. The locket is very pretty. I wasn't sure what the gold filled would look like but it is very nice and with the lifetime warranty, how can you go wrong. I thought it was reasonably priced. I am excited to give it to my Mom for her Birthday, with the pictures of her 4 children in it. I thought it could have had a little better templates. When I cut the photos, they were a little smaller than the frame, so be a bit generous with your cut, otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating. | ||||
