| I purchased this locket for a friend who lost her fiance. Not only was the locket beautiful, but the customer service I recieved while shopping for the perfect locket was outstanding! The care and compassion went above and beyond anything expected! I was able to have the locket engraved and delivered to my home in 3 days start to finish!! | I bought this locket for my daughter's first Mother's Day. It was perfect. I was so happy with this locket,the pictures I picked to insert made this a perfect Mother's Day gift. I placed my order on a Sunday and by Monday morning I wish I had made a different decision on what to have engrave on the back. I called the company first thing Monday morning and they were able to make the change for me. The customer service was outstanding. I know where I'll be buying from now on. | I was hesitant to order from a web company I didn't know rather than purchasing a locket from a local jeweler, then taking it to the engraver, then to the photo developer....phew! So happy I took the chance. This locket is gorgeous! The engraving is beautiful and you can't beat the one stop shopping! I'll highly recommend Heartsmith to friends for heirloom quality and a great service with the photo insertion. | ||||

I bought this beautiful locket for my granddaughter's Christmas present. I picked this particular one because she is young and hip and this locket is just perfect for a 20 something girl. It looks sophisticated and beautiful, not old fashioned and came so well packaged in a beautiful box. The quality is superb and the service impeccable. Thanks so much, she was so happy with it. |
