| I couldn’t be more pleased with the jewelry, and the bracelet was exactly what I expected. What really impressed me though, was the excellent customer service! I ordered the bracelet as an 80th birthday present for my grandma, and wanted it to be special. I had a few questions about customizing the jewelry, and sent an email with my questions. I immediately received a call back, on a Saturday, with my answers. Heartsmith was able to make custom order changes and send me pictures for approval. The bracelet then shipped first thing Monday morning, and it even qualified for the free shipping promotion! Heartsmith is definitely a company I would recommend to my friends and family! | ||||
