| The locket is charming, and it really wasn't difficult at all to snap the picture into place. I expected the locket to be heavier than it is, and I was also disappointed that the capitalization on my engraving was changed, but overall, it will make a spectacular gift for my sorority sister | ||||

| I got this locket for my birthday from my boys and was amazed at the quality. The picture was easy to put in and the weight was nice. The chain that came with it fits the locket perfectly! I would recommend this to anyone who likes the Victorian lockets! Did I mention that the detail on the front is amazing! | ||||

| I ordered this as a gift, and had it sent directly to the recipient. Prior to ordering, I emailed a couple questions regarding S&H, and had a clear and quick reply. After ordering, the pkg arrived safe and sound, and in very good time. The only negative is that the tracking system for shipment didn't seem to work. | ||||

| Very attractively designed locket, and chain matches nicely and is plenty sturdy enough. I bought the brass which is available now and really like the brass, though I am sure the silver is just as attractive--it is a personal choice. Service was great. They shortened the chain for me to 22", which I personally like, though I think 22" to 26" is a fine length remembering that everyone's height/personal choice is different. Can't beat the value for the quality! | ||||

| I bought three of these lockets for my three daughters. They arrived promptly and I am very pleased with the locket. I think they could have a finer chain which I can replace. The ladies at Heartsmith were extremely helpful and friendly. I will be happy to recommend them to my friends. | ||||
