| The locket quality is impressive and as lovely as I had hoped. Easily I could remove the inside plastic covers to insert a photo on one side and a lock of hair on the other. Replacing the plastic covers was user freindly as well. Customer service was Excellent. I ordered just before midnight on a Tuesday requesting over night delivery; I called the next day to be sure I would have it by Thursday the one year anniversary of our loss. The representative said a storm had knocked out power but it was up and running again. She told me she would contact the engraver to put it on a rush. Sure enough the locket arrived on Thursday. Thank you!!! | ||||
