| This is the second locket that I have purchased in 3 months, both as gifts. I am so overwhelmingly pleased with the quality and the customer service. The lockets were beautiful and both presented in 'ready to give' packaging.I received them within 5 days of ordering and that was with engraving. This is an outstanding company to do business with. I bought this as a gift for my mother to wear at my fall wedding in October. She wanted a stylish necklace in fall colors. I like how unique this locket is with the added charms. Unfortunately, I feel the necklace is overpriced -the brass is loud when the necklace moves and the chain feels cheap. I wish it was made of a bit higher quality. I also used the photo insertion service. I'm very pleased with the quality -definitely takes the hassle out of doing it myself. In terms of customer service, I was VERY pleased! Heartsmith answered the questions I emailed very quickly. The item was also shipped extremely fast considering I added the photo service. Overall though, I am very pleased with my purchase and look forward to giving it to my mom! |
