Being inexperienced internet shoppers with more good taste than budget (!) our son decided to use his first paycheck from his dishwashing job for a silver locket for his girl. When it arrived, the presentation of packaging was gorgeous, the shiny blue topaz was perfect but the locket seemed light weight and too old in style; we were heartsick thinking we were stuck and he would have to frantically shop for something else and have to go into the second paycheck! The customer service was so accommodating, we were allowed to exchange for a heavier silver locket with a younger look. This one has such detail, there is no place for engraving but this is going to be a conversation piece, indeed! |

| Beautiful! (5/5) | Jul 13, 2010 | Jessica | Anderson SC US | |
| I recieved this as a gift from my boyfriend and I absolutely love it! I'm a fan of the "antique" look and it's my favorite jewerly box piece. The locket is made well and the chain is hefty and I don't feel like I have to baby it to keep it from breaking like I do my other jewelry. The toggle actually has two tiny blue stones on it as well and the intricacy to it is georgous. I'm surprised they don't show more images because the back of the locket also has a very beautiful design on it and I often wear it reverse. My only complaint is to devise a better way to keep your pictures in the locket. I managed to figure out a secure way to keep my photo and rose petal free of debris by clipping out a piece of clear plastic sheet to protect them and slipped that over the top. | ||||
