| I was told these lockets are handmade and therefore, there may be flaws on the product. However, my product needed to be sent back because I felt the flaws were too noticeable. The customer service was quick at responding to this matter. The second locket turned out beautifully, and the engraving was well done. Be aware that this locket does not come with a plastic cover for the picture (as a video shows), so you are left guessing on size and cut. Maybe you have to request it? Despite the issues I had with the flaws and delay (delivery), I would buy from this place again, but I would highly recommend calling your order in and speaking with someone directly. | ||||
