The customer service was so accommodating, we were allowed to exchange for a heavier silver locket with a younger look. This one has such detail, there is no place for engraving but this is going to be a conversation piece, indeed!

Being inexperienced internet shoppers with more good taste than budget (!) our son decided to use his first paycheck from his dishwashing job for a silver locket for his girl. When it arrived, the presentation of packaging was gorgeous, the shiny blue topaz was perfect but the locket seemed light weight and too old in style; we were heartsick thinking we were stuck and he would have to frantically shop for something else and have to go into the second paycheck! The customer service was so accommodating, we were allowed to exchange for a heavier silver locket with a younger look. This one has such detail, there is no place for engraving but this is going to be a conversation piece, indeed! |
