Will my engraving fit on the locket?
Each locket is different in size but with varied typefaces most can fit at lease 12 letters (not including the spaces) Many of our lockets can fit more, but as you add words the size of the letters have to get smaller and harder to read.
The bottom line: if you really need to have extra words on your item, let us know and we will try to accommodate you if possible.

How do I choose the typeface?
You can pick one of our standard choices as suggested in the shopping cart.  Sometimes the typeface you choose will not work with the locket, and we reserve the right to change it if necessary.

What do I write?
Depending on the occasion you can do a simple single letter or a monogram (picture here) or you may want to write a short phrase that has meaning for you and your intended. If you need ideas please look here for suggestions that are sorted by the gifting occasion. i.e. Birthday, Love, Romance, Inspiration, Memorial, Graduation, Pet Memorial,

What Typefaces do you offer?
The primary 5-6 are shown with each product but if you have a special request we will try to honor it if possible. See the typefaces here.

Can you engrave in different languages?
Yes, if you can spell it out for us, we are fine with that. We can engrave in Cyrillic, Greek and Hebrew as well. We cannot translate, we must see the characters as you have them spelled out for us in the actual language. Send us a separate word doc with them in it.

Do you do custom symbols or images?
Yes we can do this for you for the cost of $30 set up, in addition to the engraving charge, which is usually $15. The artwork must be good quality and preferably in black and white, or the set up may not be possible.

What is the difference between an monogram and initials?
A monogram is three letters- generally the initials of a person. The center letter stands for the persons last name, and the letter on the left is the initial for their first name and the letter to the right of the center letter is their middle initial.  If you choose initials you are going to get three letters all the same size and evenly spaced across.  See the examples below:

Can Engraved items be returned ?

Please remember you cannot return an item that is engraved. Once it has been personalized it is not able to be returned to our stock and resold. So we cannot accept returns for these items. If you are not sure if you or the recipient will like the item, please do not engrave it now.

Can I send an item back to you for engraving?

Yes, if you purchase an item from us and want to send it back for engraving at a later date that is fine. We will engrave on any item that you have purchased from us at our standard engraving prices, and return shipping.
