The silver rings come out and you put the pictures behind them and then press the rings back in place. The back is large and engravable. The finish is brushed except for the edges that are high polished. comes with a 24" beaded sterling chain. Measures 1 3/16" x 3/4" wide. This is an appropriate locket for a man or woman.
